Egg Options
Scrambled eggs are among the most popular ways to eats eggs. If you like the sound of light, fluffy and airy, this is your style.
Over easy eggs are runny on the inside and contain cooked whites.
Cooked longer than an over easy egg the yolk is jammy and the whites are fully cooked.
If you dislike the runny texture of egg yolk, this is a perfect option. The yolk and whites are fully cooked.
The yolk is still completely liquid and the whites on the surfaces are barely set.

Locally sourced from good farms east of olsburg. The goods specialize in raising antibiotic-free pork which is a powerhouse of essential vitamins.
Locally sourced from lazy heart d bison ranch near westmoreland. They offer grass finished bison with no growth hormones or antibiotics. Bison meat is full of protein, nutrients, fewer calories, and less fat.
Locally sourced from shannon creek farms near olsburg. Lamb is a rich source of high quality protein, it is an outstanding source of many vitamins and minerals, including iron, zinc, and vitamin b12.

We serve delicious, home-cooked daily specials on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Don't forget to ask your server for details! Friday nights are dedicated to Steak Night, while Saturday night is all about Chicken Fried or Chicken Fried Chicken. Additionally, we serve a delightful breakfast on Sundays.
